Been a client for almost 2 years, and always paid our invoices on time however recently noticed there was a %20 increase on our invoice that we have never agreed to or been informed about.

Raised a dispute and provided the evidence with two invoices however they continuously avoided the main question, Didn't provide any proof, and failed to present the invoices even though it was being promised.

I have sent a number of emails but no answer(Mater will be taken to the trading standards)

So, now they have come back to us via email to advise that there were 4 incorrect invoices however still not willing to share. If you were truthful you would have shared all the invoices as we have requested no. of times and even went to your office for a meeting. Your 20% was part of the daily budget however without our consent and didn't even have the courtesy to inform us. I WOULD SUGGEST TO ALL YOUR EXISTING CLIENTS TO CHECK THEIR INVOICES.
