I’ve already converted a few into paying customers, so the service has more than paid for itself. Communication from the team has been good, and the process was straightforward. I have used Funnel Boost a a number of times and each one has been worth it. They take time to understand my business and what will get the best results.

The leads they provide vary significantly and require some nurturing, but they have added significant value to my pipeline and I have even won some business on the back of it.

I would recommend that you have a process for following up on the leads, they are not ready to buy, but they are the right people I need to speak to and having kept on top of them have seen the results first hand and more than paid for the campaigns. I will return!

We have run three campaigns with Funnel Boost, and unfortunately, the results have been very disappointing. The quality of the data provided was questionable, and the lack of continuity in account management made the experience even more challenging. Awful service, spent £10000 with them which resulted in nothing, I asked for partial refund as they were unable to deliver which they havent even bothered to address, the first 6 weeks they basically asked anyone if they wanted a months free social media marketing (we sell websites) was promised 5 leads miniumum per month and got nada maybe 5 posibles out of the whole campaign, even when they tweeked the message it was still very very wrong, I feel very much mis sold as on the sales call it was no problem getting leads for my industry, once they had my money they then back peddled with loads of excuses, buyer beware - Do Not Trust I will of course be putting this review everywhere and on linked in to stop others being swindled- oh and the guy that sold this to me is no longer working there, how convenient - I am now getting threatening letters with a dreadful tone, theyhave tried to get my rreview taken down from trust pilot who refused and stated that my review was within their community standards, I very much feel Bullied now by this company, and have asked for call recordings which have not been forthcoming just very nasty toned and threatening emails and a complete refusal to enter into a resolution, claiming I am using reviews to leverage financial gain? i am simply asking for a reasonable partial refund as the services provided did not deliver throughout the campaign, the process, paid onboarding fee £1500 plus VAT, 6 weeks later I got an onboarding call, by then they had taken £2000 without doing a thing, the campaign started 6 weeks later after they had actually taken another 2 months payment of £4000 plus vat so before an email had even been sent they had taken over £10000 then for 6 weeks they sent emails offering free social media marketing for a month lol what? the campaign was nothing to do with social media - they then tweeked it and it still didnt give correct message, i didnt get access to any control panel until the end of campaigns, I was promised 5 leads per month minimum. dont be drawn in by this company I will be documenting all correspondence and will be placing all evidence out there publicly for all to see including the emails recieved from Funnel Boost showing the tone of emails which quite frankly are rude and make no attempt to resolve these issues, simply defensive and agressive

After 2 months of waiting and ZERO inquiries let alone leads, yes ZERO, I asked to terminate the contract and issue a full refund, to which they refused. I engaged them for a 90-day campaign, signed in December 2024, expecting 90 leads for £10,800. The experience was disastrous, and their lack of accountability left me with significant losses. As a gutter cleaning and external cleaning business owner, I got in touch with Funnel Boost as I was looking at finding a way to increase sales on the commercial side of our business. From campaign planning through to delivery of our message Funnel boost have been excellent. We have already secured over £10,000 worth of business and have also made some excellent connections, and will see much more business continue to come in from quotations sent out and connections made.
