Bad house.
the goods in the catalog may be damaged but they don't say it and they don't show it. And if you write to them that the goods arrived damaged, they will answer that it's your fault because you didn't ask. Terrible people

Great buying experience from start to finish. I bought an item (a necklace) on the GH live bidding platform. I wanted to give the necklace as a gift the following week, so I contacted the office following the sale. The office staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and were able to post that same evening, the necklace arrived the following day. As such, I felt their exceptional service was worthy of praise, so well done. Great service would definitely recommend and use again 😊
