Service the first time a year ago was great spent about 300, got 5 different items a few of each, but after 2 days the decals on the jackets peeled off, took them back in got them all fixed and to this day no problem, great service.
After 2 months the jumps stiching was coming out on all of them, 1 pocket had come away completely, took back in was told its wear and tear, no offer to replace or even go half's.
Few months ago started using the business cards only to discover 2 pieces of information are missing, called up was told its my responsibility I didn't check the design, which yes I accept that I missed it, but also it was just copying an old card so they also missed that info aswell. Would have been happy to go half's on a new batch
And now 1 of the magnetic signs will not magnetices to the truck.
