What can I say, Gill Graphics have done so much to help us improve our business over the past three years it's difficult to know where to start. Importantly for a small business with not a lot of cashflow, having them on hand to build sites, create custom graphics, tweak, develop ideas, write code for specific projects and generally make sure everything runs smoothly - dipping in and out for an hour or two a month - and making sure I know what its costing me (very reasonable by the way) they are the very best I have come across. I have tried many others in the past, but they keep producing the goods at competitive prices and anything I can say to help boost them is entirely genuine!

I originally built my website myself and it was OK. Nothing more than OK though. I was wanting to ramp up my business and take things to the next level which started with a new professional looking website. Something far beyond my capabilities as an amateur self taught website builder. I approached Gill Graphics and a few others locally to get quotes and see what they had to offer. Gill Graphics provided a full specification of what they thought I could change and a huge list of improvements in terms of SEO, layout and everything else. All of this before I had spent a penny.

Their attention to detail and clear research in my area of business reassured me that they could do the job on budget and on time.

I am chuffed with my new website and it didn't break the bank either. Kayla was always on the phone and happy to help with any queries or changes I wanted to implement. Kayla was happy to go ahead making changes and I trusted she knew just what I wanted form my new site. Last year I made tentative enquires as I was looking for a company/person who could set up a website for me. A friend of mine mentioned Paul Gill at Gill Graphics. I had already made a couple of enquires but have to say wasn't that impressed with how I was met over the phone, nor was I particularly impressed with examples of their work.
I rang Paul Gill and from the moment of speaking to him I was suitably impressed with his manner - and I've worked with people long to enough to know what I'm talking about! Paul wasn't 'pushing for a sale', he was very polite, helpful and actually encouraged me to make other enquiries (I thought this was great!). I did make one more enquiry but knew that I wanted Gill Graphics doing my website! I'd had a look at their website too and have a good flavour of what to expect and the level of quality and knowledge I'd be getting.
I rang Paul back and we got on with the business of designing and developing my website. In every step of the way I found Paul and his team utterly professional, supportive, helpful, knowledgeable and just absolutely brilliant in fact! Paul returned calls and emails asap, any ideas I had he'd email them over to me so I could see how things looked on my website. We had a few meetings along the way too which were great because I just felt like my website was in safe hands with him and his team. My ideas were always accepted, discussed and developed in a positive way.
Paul has been great to work with, what he doesn't know about media, design, development, SEO (oh, and all the other stuff that I have no idea about!) quite simply is not worth knowing!
There have been many people who have made so many positive comments about my website - I'm thrilled with the results. I would definitely recommend Gill Graphics to anyone who needs a website and who's looking for quality and professionalism.
