Mark has been an incredible support to me since I started working with him, nearly a year ago. Mark is supportive, and also very responsive, especially when I have any questions or concerns about my website or anything web related, for that matter.

I have a care plan with Mark. This means my site is backed up and he can troubleshoot issues as and when they arise. When they have, they've been dealt with efficiently, with very little or no input from me. A huge weight off my mind!

Mark also manages the SEO on my website, so far in only six months, we have seen a huge upward movement in the ranking of my website. This has been extremely positive given I have a number of large competitors who are ranked highly on google. Meaning prospective clients can find me more easily! I couldn't be found before, my website was lost on google.
