From the beginning every requirement for help and support was met, and in some cases exceeded. I had a minor issue registering to begin with, and the onine support team were in touch as soon as I emailed in to explain the problem which was solved immediately. The courses are higly informative and the content delivered at the speed and in the style that I find easy to absorb and remember, unlike some which are painfully drab or theme park level intense! Highly recommended all round.

A genuine review from a genuine Noob.
I cautiously signed up for the UK content, not really knowing what to expect. 2 months later and I have learned so much already. I'm not quite confident enough for my first foray into auditioning but I have a much clearer idea of where to head and how to get there. I haven't even engaged with the mentoring programme yet and already feel I'm getting my money's worth. Invaluable advice to anyone thinking of entering the industry or even just wanting to know more about it.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an old pro, GFTB is a platform that can help you in so many way. For beginners they offer the perfect way in so that you can learn everything necessary to enter the voice acting business and for those already working it helps you to sharpen your skills, keep up to date with new techniques, has great tools for helping you to run your business and is an incredible resource for networking.
There’s regular webinars that cover a variety of topics to keep you in line with the ever changing trends of voice acting and their courses are amazing. The courses on offer cover all of the key areas you need from building your studio, learning to edit your own recordings, how to improve as a performer, how to brand yourself and run your own business, I could go on as there’s so much more!
The people who run it genuinely care about you and want to help you succeed. There’s an incredible mentoring forum where you get expert advice in every aspect of your VO journey and that is a truly game changing element of the service which really sets GFTB sort from the competition.
Rarely are services worth the money the way that GFTB is!

I recently signed up for GFTB after looking extensively at other sites and asking people in the business for advice. I am very happy I joined. The courses are well done, the discussion forum is fantastic and there are endless tools that are included which will help me establish and run my VO business. I don't think there is better value out there compared to GravyForTheBrain.

This is not only "one-stop-info-shopping" for VO's looking to learn and network, but the quality of content, instruction, and the way it's laid out on the site is really in line with what it should be for the learning process. Some companies know how to market and sell, but fall short on delivering actual value. This is not that company. A good voice is about 10% of what you need to be a voice actor. Gravy for the Brain provide subscription based online training and services to address the other 90%. The courses are in-depth, well paced and cover everything you need to know from the basics to how to run the business side. Online mentoring provides feedback on members' work from industry professionals as well as advice in all the key areas of the profession. It's not cheap, but then good quality advice and training from friendly, experienced professionals isn't. What it is, is great value for money for anyone considering a career as a voice actor.
