Terrible experience. Christmas markets booked but town had cancelled theirs and it was on the news. Couldn't get hold of company, didn't return my call. Realised they were planning to still go from a friend also going. But the trip stayed Beverley Christmas market not just to Beverley. Next day shop open but not answering phone. Learnt that they where going but markets indoors now but was too late anyway but the time we found out. No communication and just pure greediness to not offer refunds. Lots of unhappy customers on Facebook but their posts got removed.Wont use this company again.

How Grayways can advertise christmas market at Haworth is a joke. Was more like a car boot with a dozen stalls very disappointed as it took less than 10 minutes to walk round and we had 5 and a half hours to kill. Caught a train home

Driving on the M6 southbound, 6:30am
Monday 11th

Watching your driver of coach BU18 YYP up the backside of so many cars, then pulled off at Jct 21a straight in front of a wagon with little room to spare. Had to flash hazards to ‘thank’ the driver.

Dangerous driving from a coach, especially when your silly enough to have your company livery on your coach,

My family has used Grayways for years for day trips and always enjoyed them. We recently went on a trip to Cheshire Oaks - coach was clean, arrived on time and was a splendid journey for a very reasonable price per person. Special thanks to our driver Captain Jack who was also very knowledgeable about the landmarks, history and locations we passed on the way.

Went on day trip to Oswestry and the canal. Very disappointed in arrangements. Picked up at 8.15 2 and half hours later arrive at Oswestry. Told we had 4 hrs to wander around. Came back to coach 20mins later at canal coach had problem parking so another 20 mins or so gone taken to canal barge and away. Half hour up stream turn and half hour back straight to coach. No free time there at all. 2 hrs later home. What a long boring day.

We have just arrived home after a 5 day sightseeing trip London with Alfa Holidays, on the journey out, we were picked up on time by a driver from The Greyway coach company, we arrived at Burtonwood Services after 2 hours of pick ups of other passengers, ( no disrespect to the driver, who did a outstanding job, we just think Alfa should look at their pick schedules, as two hours added to your long trip to the resort is not good enough)
The trip down to London was excellent, with no problems ( our driver for this tour was Alan, the same guy who did our 2 hour pickups).
Our day trips out apart from the weather and the atrocious traffic in London, were extremely good and due to Alan's knowledge he made places very essay to Access
His patience and understanding of some clients he had onboard was commendable and he made sure all were safe and comfortable.
The Holiday Inn at Stevenage is very good, with buffet meals of a very high standard and plenty of choices, two lifts serv all the comfortable rooms, but there is not much of a view( unless you like fire stations).
We would just like to say again how good our driver Alan was, as he made everything of this quite hectic holiday to London perfect.
Look forward to travelling with him again, you have a great guy there Greyway Coaches.

I went on my own on a day trip to Scarborough in August and another single traveller sat next to me. We chatted all the way there and as I know Scarborough very well we spent the day together as I showed her around. We were dropped off and picked up right on the sea front and our driver was lovely. I've been on other trips with grayways and can definitely recommend. I've also gained a new friend.
