I just sold my house with GTH and I have to say they were completely brilliant. Right from the start, Sophi took charge of the whole process. She gave me great advice before the house even came to market, and she when it did, she managed the whole process herself. I felt that the sale went through very smoothly, entirely because of her professionalism. It was the first time I had sold a house, and it wasn’t particularly straightforward and I was feeling very daunted by the process but I felt she was a safe pair of hands and the trust I had in her made everything so much less stressful than it could have been. GTH were great with us, from viewings (with Kylie), to putting in the offer on the house we fell in love with, updates (with Sophi), right through to completion. We moved to Ilminster from the Sussex coast, and the move with the removal company didn't go to plan, due to the 3 hour drive we were worried we wouldn't get to the office in time to collect keys. But Maria offered to stay on just in case, which was very kind and a weight off our shoulders. When we did move in, the boiler wasn't working, and GTH helped provide the details of a local gas engineer. Overall a fantastic experience.
