Too difficult to contact.
Don't answer phone calls.
Don't respond to voicemail messages.
Don't respond to emails.
Don't respond to texts.
Don't respond to their online contact form.
Don't respond to Instagram messages.
Don't respond to Facebook messenger.
Don't respond to any attempt of contact.
I paid them to update the prices on our website, two months later and they haven't done it and are ignoring my many attempts of contact.
It's got to the point of us losing customers complaining due to our website still showing our old prices.
Due to this appalling customer service I cannot recommend helloonline and would advise potential customers to avoid them.

Company doesn’t respond. We have left so many messages and emails and what’s app messages and no response. I have paid for a website and I didn’t get a website. It’s been 2 months now and my website is not working. Very disappointing experience
