Me and my young son called in yesterday to look for a gift for Mother’s Day, the staff were incredibly helpful as we had no idea what we actually looking for. We settled on a lovely pink holebrook jumper and she was delighted with it. Thank you 🙏

My partner purchased a coat for me online but the next day received an email to say there was a stock discrepancie and it wasn't available. They didn't even give an indication if they were getting more stock in and also it is still showing available to purchase on their website 2 days later which is misleading.

To say she was impressed would be an understatement.
The way it had been packaged, the Thank You card inside, who it had been packed by, wow what a service.
Ordering online is a very impersonal way of shopping but this service added such a personal touch.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the shop today to purchase a new pair of Fairfax and Favor Explores. As soon as me and my little girl entered the shop, we were welcomed with smiles from the team. The young lady, who’s name escapes me, was very attentive and found all the products I was after along with another lady who helped me fit my boots and shoes. Both staff members were absolutely fantastic and a credit to Henmores.

Three customer assistants were helping one customer. They totally ignored me waiting patiently to be served. They lost a £165 sale as I wanted to buy a pair of boots. I felt that I probably wasn't dressed well enough for them 🙁 I have found exactly the same boots online and so will buy direct from the manufacturer 🙂

I ordered a barbour coat on the Hemores website and I have to say the communication was extremely good! I hadn't recieved a dispatch email but just emailed them to query and they responded very quickly to say the item had been dispatched and sent the tracking link, and in fact the coat arrived later on that day! I am very pleased with the coat and Henmores were the best priced too, would definitely order from here again in the future 🙂

First time ordering with Henmores. Ordered a Scoffel gilet which unfortunately had to be returned as it didn't fit. This would normally be a hassle and an expense incurred. Not with Henmores. With free returns and easy print off Royal Mail tracked facility it makes it a breeze. To add to this they were easily the lowest price on the item on purchase. Wish all online shopping was this good.
