Visited to try on and buy my 8th pair of Hiut jeans over past 12 years. Great people and brilliant jeans. Highly recommended. Oh and I still have my 1st pair after several repairs 👌😊

Great company and a great product. I had some sizing issues as I tried to find the pair right for me, the customer service was superb with great feedback and replies to all my many questions.

There was no issues in sending me new pairs to try on and the delivery times were also great.

This company, like many small UK manufacturers, has been through the mill throughout lockdown and has doe wonders to cope and get the jeans made and out as soon as they possibly could. And what great jeans they are.

I also respect the ethos of Hiut, bringing back jobs and passion for jeans to the area. I support that 100%

Got a short run pair just before lockdown, didn't quite fit at the time but while I was waiting for Hiut to reopen to exchange I must have lost a few kilos. Good customer service, pretty quick reply to my emails etc.
Jeans are good so far, well made and well cut.
The reinforced pockets is a good touch as that's what I always go through first.
Was impressed enough to order my brother a pair as well.

Ordered from them twice. On the first instance my jeans arrived 6months late. However, the quality is great, and so, a year later I took the plunge to order a second pair....... which is yet to arrive. I've had one email to say delivery will be late, but no indication of how late. I really want to like this company and support them, but they go out of their way to deter customers. Only order if you take the delivery time with a shovel of salt and are prepared to wait 6months or more for delivery.....

Fantastic service and product. I visited Hiut last week and spent at least 45 minutes with Dan who helpfully picked out and advised on what was available. I tried on many different pairs ending up with some V-Fit Selvedge jeans for a very good price. I'll be sure to be back for more jeans. Now to not wear them for 6 months! Highly recommend, and if you can visit the factory for PROPER fitting, definitely do this!

You cannot fault the team or the product. I so wish I had heard about Hiut jeans before, as they really are the best. To find jeans without stretch in the denim and such good quality fabric is fantastic. As someone who likes to support British Manufacturing I take my hat off to the team at Hiut and will most certainly be buying more jeans. Thank you for your very good customer service and good luck for the future.

I purchased a pair of jeans from Hiut recently. The jeans are stunning, unfortunately, they didn't quite fit. However, the service I've received after emailing them has been friendly, prompt, informative, and accommodating. Highly recommended and will be buying my next pair from them too.

Spent ages deciding whether to buy these because of the price point. However, now they have arrived, I'm in love. They are incredible quality, and the fit and cut are just what I've been looking for. Just means I'm going to have to save for some more.
