I was recommended to Holly when telling someone about loosing my eyebrows. I always wanted to have them micro bladed but was very nervous, all the ones I had seen were too dark & way too thick, she told me she had hers done by Holly, I was shocked as I thought they were her own.
I had a consultation with Holly who advised she would NOT do micro blading as it would not be good for my skin however, she has done nano brows.
I am amazed, they are fantastic & I can’t tell you how it has boosted my confidence, they are so natural looking & everyone is saying how good they are.

Disappointed with lack of results and aftercare

I came to this clinic with high hopes, especially given the positive reviews and professionalism I expected. While I appreciated the discounted rate and the polite manner during treatments, I’m unfortunately very disappointed with the overall outcome and post-treatment care.

After undergoing two sessions of polynucleotides and seeing no visible improvement whatsoever, I had hoped for at least a reassessment or some form of follow-up support. In my previous experiences with aesthetic practitioners (including doctors abroad), a lack of results was taken seriously — often followed by a review and, where appropriate, an alternative solution or additional support was offered. That level of care makes a huge difference.

Sadly, that was not the case here. When I raised my concerns, I felt they were quickly dismissed, and I was simply advised to find another practitioner. No effort was made to discuss alternatives or even acknowledge how discouraging it is to invest time and money (£376) with no progress and no plan.

While I understand that aesthetic treatments don’t guarantee the same outcome for everyone, I do believe that how a practitioner responds when things don’t go as expected is just as important as when they do. Unfortunately, that responsiveness and care were missing in my case.

Holly is AMAZING. She did my eyebrows. She is so so patient with you and listens carefully for what you ask for while also helping you along the way. She took her time and explained literally everything in such great detail. She makes sure you are 100% happy before she starts and tweaks any little thing you ask for without hesitation and you will feel so confident before she starts the treatment. She is such a lovely down to earth person and i would recommened her to absolutely anybody. I had bad experiences in the past with my eyebrows and i was so nervous to have them done again but now i can finally look in the mirror and say i love my eyebrows and thats all thanks to Holly. I was not disappointed! Contacting Holly & making the appointment was easy, and she was so friendly and caring throughout the process. I am SO glad I chose to go to Holly to do my eyebrows! I had powder brows done by Holly after a consultation, and I'm so pleased with the results! Holly takes her time and involves you every step of the way to make sure that you're happy with the shape and colour of the brows. She checked in with me regularly and made me feel so comfortable. She is very thorough and detailed and the quality of her work is incredible. I am already so happy with the results and it's only been 24 hours since having them done, so they still need to heal!
