When I joined Identity in its early days, I worked closely with Alex Thomas on every release. He was always super cool and comfortable, and anytime I needed something it felt like I was just asking a pal for a favour. He paid attention to the details and always did everything he could to make the process as smooth as it could be. Now with a whole team behind them, Identity has maintained that same approachability and vibe to their services.Their artist portal is well designed and easy to navigate. Once I upload my song and all its data, I know it's in good hands. There's someone available to answer any questions or field any steps of the process. They'll even edit any mistakes I made after I've already hit "distribute" -- WITHOUT delaying the release (!!!). Their team is solid, supportive, and always super nice 🙂

As a more boutique distributor, Identity's taste in music is broad but eclectic, which is exactly what an artist like me needs from my team. Big ups to them for all their support, since the earliest days of my career. It's reassuring to know that the people handling my releases really understand my vibe and my music, and offer primo service every time, no matter where I'm currently at on my road as an artist. Their whole Client Management vibe is integral to the ethos of the company, and gives off an honest feeling of realness --- a top priority for me when choosing who I work with.
