The central point of our problems were that although we didn’t realise it at the time we were heavily reliant for business from our expensive google adwords and campaigns and also fundamentally our website even though recently updated was already dated, it actually did not respond in the correct way as the content did not relate and so amongst other problems we were literally sinking advertising costs into the abyss.

After being totally disappointed by our current marketing strategy we were seeking a fresh approach and searched locally for marketing companies that, following a telephone conversation, we thought were in tune with our brief.
