Avoid this company at all costs.

We had an awful experience with this business and their unethical practices. Andrew, the owner, was unresponsive to our queries, particularly regarding unexplained excessive billing. When we decided to switch to a more transparent and supportive local provider, which saved us £150 per month, they became incredibly uncooperative.

They delayed sending the necessary information for the switch, falsely claiming they had already sent it, clearly trying to drag out the process to continue charging us. Their aim seemed to be to make the transition as difficult as possible for us and the new provider.

To make matters worse, after finally managing to move away from them, we received an "early termination fee" of over £5,000, despite being loyal customers for years. It’s clear they do not operate with honesty or integrity, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.
