I will attempt to summarise but there are just so many AMAZING things I have to say about Gemma that this may turn into a bit of an essay!

I first contacted Gemma about a full rebrand and website build for my company after looking at a few graphic designer websites and being immediately grabbed by hers - I realised that I actually wasn't paying the slightest bit of attention to any other sites after looking at Infinity Creative's! In any other situation, I would try to force myself to be more unbiased and look at all options equally but when looking for a graphic designer and website builder, what better measure is there to find the perfect person for you than the website and branding that grabs you the most?! So I took the plunge.

I was initially a little taken aback when seeing Infinity's prices as someone who has never engaged in this kind of work before but oh.my.gosh was it worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!! Gemma has the most incredible way of listening to your passion and understanding exactly what you are looking to get out of your business. She understands that our businesses are our babies and that there is so much more to it than making money (although that is important too!). She actually even suggested a new aspect to my business on our very first call which made me really quite emotional, all just from listening to what I was saying and understanding my goals and dreams for my company.

Together with Adam, they have created the most beautiful, user friendly website that really gets our message across, and our bookings and engagement have gone from on average 6-10 a month to 10+ a week since the website launch - last week I received 14 new booking requests just between Monday and 8am on Wednesday and that isn't counting enquiries!

The aftercare they provide is second to none. Even though our website launched back in September, we are still receiving so many helpful tips and tricks from Gemma, and Adam is always on hand to answer any website or SEO related questions we may have. The Canva training provided by Gemma was absolutely INVALUABLE.

In a sentence, Gemma really has been just the most amazing business fairy godmother we could ever have wished for. We can't thank you enough!

I decided to change my company name and rebrand this year. Quite daunting I must admit - so much needed doing and I was without business support so I felt quite overwhelmed.
I had never met Gemma, and a good friend recommended her. I had a second designer lined up and I thought I would meet with both and see who I preferred and who 'got me'.
Gemma came to my office so she could understand me, what I do, how I work and see the kind of things I do with my clients.
I really liked Gemma, so I didn't even talk to my other designer option. We agreed a brief, the costings were set out clearly - like a menu really, so I could see what I wanted and what would work with my business.
Then things got really exciting. I don't know if Gemma did her designs in her preferred order, but she produced me 6 really great logo options and I printed them all, hung them all over the office, put them in various places and kept going back to #1. In her first design she had nailed exactly what I wanted. Bingo!
I did a wider range of things with Gemma - she arranged a photoshoot, produced linkedin banners, stickers, and note pads - all within the timeframe she promised, and all amazing.

I have received so many comments about my logo - how it works so well, shows exactly what I was trying to portray in a really subtle way, looks classy and fits so well with what I offer my clients.

To say I am delighted with what Gemma did for me is an understatement. She created the picture that portrays me to my clients and prospective clients. I've had utter joy in recommending her to several of my friends and she's reproduced this great standard of work over and over. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Gemma took on the task on the task of creating a suite of documents for my Wedding Floristry business in Canava.
I had a VIP day with Gemma which was absolutely fantastic, Gemma seemed to whiz out my documents and often seemed to instinctively know what I needed before I did, even with my vague brief! Gemma added extra's and made some super suggetions.
I have no idea how Gemma managed to pack so much value into one day, she is a Canva genius!
What I loved about working with Gemma was her calming personality, nothing was too much trouble, she was very patient with me and all my questions, even creating little videos for me to demonstate and explain.
I would highly recommend working with Gemma, she is a great listenter, super organised and efficient (never missing a deadline), a talented creative and on top of that a lovely lovely person!!

Gemma’s has been working with me from the start of my business over 3 years ago. With out Gemma I couldn’t of got where I am today. She knows my business like it’s her own and can come up with most advertising herself with out my input as she so good I don’t really need to change anything.
Not only has Gemma’s done my web page she has done so much more like posters, social media adds, price list, and much more. She is always just a phone call away or txt and gets back to you near on straight away. I love Gemma’s way of looking at my business with fresh looks and new ideas.

I loved working with Gemma at Infinity Creative on a rebrand for my website design business. I was amazed how from a couple of conversations Gemma produced logo concepts and branding that felt so right for me.

The whole process of the initial mood boards and concepts, to refining it in to the final design was a joy, she really listened and transferred my ramblings into the beautiful branding I have now. Using the elements throughout the business has given me a more professional look and definitely helped me secure more clients.

I came to Infinity Creative because I decided it was about time to change the name of my business from just Ginny Marsh Photography to Gorgeous You Photography. I'd seen some of the logos Gemma had created previously and they always look very professional and luxurious. I'd gone more niche and had wanted the business name to reflect more of what I'm doing now. But I didn't want a complete rebrand because I was pretty happy with my current branding and colours - it just needed a slight tweak and refresh, as well as a gorgeous new logo incorporating some gold!
I was so impressed with the work Gemma put in to come up with ideas for my new logo and even the reasons behind the ideas. Gemma sent me an entire presentation of three different themes and I feel like she really got my business values (and even gave me some ideas for content!).
None of them were quite right but I couldn't quite put my finger on why. Gemma was so understanding and determined to get it right. We worked together to come up with the new logo, which ties in with the last one so it still looks like the same brand, but with slightly warmer colours and the gold - and somehow, even though it's similar, it's soooo much better than my last one!
I also love how Gemma created some templates in Canva for me so I can easily do Instagram & Facebook posts etc with the new tweaked branding, which was so helpful.
She's so lovely and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a more personal but professional service to get luxury results.

I worked with Gemma from Infinity Creative for the design behnind a new product to be launched which was for a luxury looking kit for people to make their own eco-friendly solid silver jewellery at home. The brief involved designing the packaging for the kits, including an outer sleeve, tissue paper, stickers and a full colour step by step instruction booklet. Gemma was fantastic. After our first conversation she was quick to understand my brand, the look I was trying to achieve and came up with an incredible design that really wowed people. The booklet design was also really well thought out and Gemma knew how to lay everything out in a way that was easy for the reader to understand while also looking beautiful and high end. I recommend Gemma for anyone looking to launch a high end, luxury product and need really strong brand and design expertise.
