Patrick helped us out massively with the creation of some bespoke video content to promote and grow our work. We were having difficulty consistently giving appropriate names to documents we are required to upload into our case management system for regulatory purposes. We had a written procedure, but it was long, difficult to follow and clearly wasn’t working. We asked Patrick to prepare an infographic displaying visually what we were seeking to achieve. Patrick analysed our procedure (discovering in the process a redundant procedure which we were able to dispense with) and produced, in short order, two A4 branded graphics dealing with our issues. These were well received by our staff and we are starting to see an improvement in our process as a consequence. Patrick was great to work with. He understood what was required and dealt with our work quickly. Should we have the need in the future, we will certainly use Patrick and I would recommend him to anyone needing this service.
