About a year ago I really started to notice the need for some support with my social media. I was getting increasingly busy and creating content for my social media accounts kept moving down my to do list, leaving my social media presence looking inconsistent at best. As soon as I’d decided to outsource my Facebook and LinkedIn management, Introtweet were top of my list to get in touch with.

Before Laura took over my accounts she sent over a comprehensive handover/briefing document which was really useful to fill in and get a clear idea of the type of the content I wanted to be going out. I was at a transition stage in business in the run up to my rebrand and Laura and Pete did a great job of creating relevant content with minimal input from me. They made sure that my social media presence was consistent, and I started to receive positive comments about this from people in my networking. Pete also provided fantastic support for the launch of my rebrand which was predominantly focused around my social media accounts.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Laura and Peter for all of their support over the last year. They are professional, friendly, easy to work with and always ready to take on ideas and adapt as marketing messages inevitably evolve.
