99% of jobs never reply, or update the application status. I've been on the island for over 2 years, submitting hundreds of applications and only 2 jobs has ever gotten back to me with automated replies saying no. I love the idea of having an island site, however it's clearly not working.

Love the idea that the Isle of Wight has a jobs website. And why you ask. Well there is no spam of fake job listed, unlike so many other online companies. Clear headings and clear job descriptions. Just hope they keep it this way. Who needs indeed etc.
