From the very beginning, they invited us in to sit down over a cup of tea and took the time to really get to know who we are, our ethos and what we aim to achieve. Their team is incredibly friendly, talented, supportive, transparent and always willing to listen. They have worked collaboratively with us every step of the way.

The quality of their work is outstanding, from design to print orders and website creation/hosting. Everything is done to the highest standard, they really do go above and beyond.

Our only regret is not using Jak HQ sooner for our website and we can't wait for the new site to go live.

The team are easy to work with and are knowledgeable and helpful. I referred Jak HQ to some of my contacts as they were paying a lot for hosting but not received the right level of service. They were really please to find some to trust and to save money at the same time.
