James provided a two hour workshop on Neurodiversity in the Work Place for our team at Triple Bottom Line Accounting. It was really enlightening and there was plenty of time of us to ask those questions we have always been a bit shy of asking. As a result of the workshop we have:

A better understanding of what it means to be neurodiverse and how to support a neurodiverse colleague, employee or client.
• A more inclusive workforce and employer.
• Feeling like we all know and understand more, some of the assumptions and stigmas have fallen away.
• Providing further food for thought on how we do our day-to-day work and communicate with each other and clients.

Fundamentally we are more tolerant of each other, more confident to ask for clarification or more suitable methods of communicating with each other, and so on. We would definitely recommend James Kindred for any organisation wanting to be more inclusive and thereby more productive within a more friendly, welcome and collaborative workplace
