The good - They got us a good price and sold fast.
The bad - They are terrible at communication and as a result we wasted two months and had to find a new buyer. In the end we basically managed the sale ourselves.

Final verdict - King homes could learn a lot from AP Morgan… they need a reliable progressions team and they need to understand the sale is just the start. I would be unlikely to use again as they are. It’s a shame, I think they have a really good brand but I’m left feeling they didn’t really care about the sale once they got us a buyer.

They sold my house for the full asking price within 4 weeks, the property had been for sale with some very well know agencies for approaching 6 months. We have received a quality service from King homes. We are currently in the process of buying a second property through King homes (the first one we had to pull out of the first sale). We originally registered an interest when we started our house buying journey, and both times we were called about the properties before they went live online, which is fabulous as we live in an area where buyers definatly outweigh houses. We have been dealing with Brittany through our purchase, she's been amazing and very professional. She responds quickly to emails and keeps us informed of how the rest of our chain is going.
