Sadly to say my experience with klickstarters has been sub-par at best. I've approached the klickstarters role 3 times regarding varying software development roles in across the Liverpool, Wirral and North Wales areas.

On all 3 occasions I was told that I would receive a response by a given date, usually within 5 - 10 working days of initial phone call discussing a potential role. Again on all 3 occasions I was sadly ghosted by the klickstarters team with no further communication regarding the status or progress of my application to the roles.

My most recent experience was most concerning due to what almost felt like excuses as to why no updates were being given. Sad to say that this is by far the least 'customer' oriented recruitment team I have ever engaged with mostly due to their lack of communication with myself and lack of personal touch.
