We used Knight Frank in Hungerford for the sale of our property. Mark Potter was our point of contact. I could not recommend them more highly. Selling a house is stressful, however Mark and his team were incredibly professional throughout and certainly dealt with any issues that cropped up along with the way immediately. They communicated with us regularly and insured that we were fully briefed before any viewings took place. Mark's knowledge of the property and the area was incredibly detailed, which allowed us to feel confident that he/Knight Frank were best placed to match the right client with our property. I would not hesitate to recommend the Knight Frank Hungerford office, they are brilliant and a pleasure to deal with.

Knight Frank is, from start to finish, friendly, professional, efficient, honest and straight talking. All the team at the Hungerford Office were extremely patient given our constant visits to their office – nothing was too much for them and we had every confidence that our interests were being looked after. They really are an effective and qualified team.
Victoria was our first contact with the firm and the first face we saw to discuss matters and arrange the initial viewing of the property we had seen and had so desperately fallen in love with. She remained courteous and informative throughout. Nick then took over and remained the main contact point throughout the process to completion. He provided a very personal and hands on service and made us feel totally at ease, giving us regular updates throughout the whole process which really took the pressure off of such a stressful process.
It was as a result of the excellent customer service that we gave Knight Frank the opportunity to sell our property and the staff made this so easy for us. Whilst Nick was the main negotiator throughout, we would like to thank and praise the whole team at Knight Frank, Hungerford Office without whom we would not have sold our property and purchased the home we adored. So, our grateful thanks to Mark, Rob, Sophie, Sarah, Victoria and Karen who endured handling most of our Saturday morning visits to ‘check progress’ on the sale of our property and the status of viewings on the property we so wanted to purchase.

Victoria Anderson-Stewart at Knight Frank has been absolutely excellent during the recent sale of a property on our behalf. Knight Frank delivered an exceptionally high number of viewings and we accepted a very good offer within six weeks of the property going on the market. Victoria went out of her way to make the whole process as smooth as possible. The transaction required a new plan of the title and this was also handled by Victoria. We had an absolutely stellar experience of buying a property through Knight Frank, thanks to Victoria Anderson-Stewart. I understand the property had previously struggled to sell through another agency and KF took on the challenge as they genuinely felt they could help, which clearly paid off! Victoria went over and above at every stage, not only for the seller but also for us as buyers. We always knew where we stood, as Victoria kept regular communication and was always very clear. The individual we bought from found the process tough, as they had no local family and little personal support. Victoria showed great empathy and dedication at all times, helping the seller with many things that would typically be deemed 'outside of an agent's remit'. This helped everything to run smoothly, through all stages of the purchase and negotiation. We were delighted with the service we received from Knight Frank right through to the day when we moved in, when we were presented with a lovely gift bag by Victoria.
