I had approached Gary from Kyber Digital to create a new website for our Tee Shirt business. From day 1 he was very professional and focused on what roles each had to play to make this happen, informing us at each step and making sure we supplied the relevant information needed to keep progressing and to stay on time for the build and launch. Gary and his team at Kyber Digital have completed a number of Websites for us at Business First. I have always found them very capable and efficient in bringing projects in on Time and within Budget. Exactly what a busy SME needs. Gary and his team do much more than design websites. Helping us integrate with payment providers, accountancy software and membership databases. What started out as a “very simple project, they could deliver quickly” turned out to take 7/8 weeks.
The quality of what they produced was complete sub standard and devoid of functionality and design, we kept asking for it to be revised and we got some arrogance in return, eventually we lost patience and wanted to sever ties, kyber were very quick to start using legal terms in their replies… we paid them what was due for their time and had the website built elsewhere and operating in 10 days and at less than half of what we paid kyber.
I can’t recommend this company, it was a lousy experience. My opinion is that the job was too small for them and it was passed to a first year student because the attention to detail and UX was comical.

Gary and his team have produced 2 websites for us and we can't recommend them highly enough. Their care and attention to detail was second to none.
