Sent an email about a property which did get a prompt response, then sent another asking further details which was totally ignored. However it's clear the property in question was being looked at as one of the pictures was removed from the listing. If they can't be bothered to respond to prospective customers, I can only assume they would be useless to deal with in all other aspects.
