Having used the cheap online alternatives and been very disappointed with what I ended up with, I came to Level Up Print to help me replace my rather poor business cards. Matt was brilliant from the off, helping me to understand what the options were, helping to point me in the right direction with my design and being a jolly friendly individual at each contact. I was kept informed of where we were in the process and received the product promptly. And of course the most important thing, my business cards have certainly been levelled up!! I've not got my eye on some of Level Up Print's other products and will very likely be back!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Matt for a recent embroidery job he did for me.

Matt turned up at a BNI meeting a few months back now with a lovely looking jacket he’d embroidered for himself. I instantly showed interest in this as I only had my sleeveless body warmer on me most days, unless I wanted to wear a personal jacket (which always felt like a wasted opportunity to not display my logo)!

On some further discussions Matt kindly offered to price me for a 1off, and I know a 1off is only a small order, which he none-the-less agreed to do this without hesitation.

After a short while, and a few questions back and forth, Matt had produced it and even hand delivered it to me at a BNI meeting, all I can say is WOW. Absolutely love it, it’s even better than I expected, and I’ve had so many positive comments.

The stitching is amazing, and Matt even managed to match up the thread colour, and logo size exactly to some previous work I had embroidered to keep everything consistent.

Great job Matt, and the Level Up Print team, I will be sure to be using you again for any of my branded clothing requirements in the future!

I wanted a personalised umbrella, and through my networking group was referred to Matt at Level Up Print. He ran through all available options and in particular the fact there wasn’t a minimum order level, ie I could have just the one umbrella! I provided the logo and the following process was very thorough with proofs provided and confirmation of all the requirements.
