Joe and Everett are fantastic. This is our second time running a campaign with Liberty and we've been very happy with the results. The guys don't sell you false promises, they are very realistic and transparent about what likely can and can't be achieved with a given campaign. The communication throughout the campaign is next to none. I never felt like I had to bang on the door looking for updates. Joe always provided me with a weekly report about what had been secured as well as what's in the pipeline. We will 100% be using Liberty again in the future and I would recommend Joe and Everett to anyone.

We've done a few single campaigns with Liberty PR now and they've both been very successful in terms of playlisting/blog coverage and general feedback/advice. Would recommend to anyone new artist looking to progress to the next stage and get their music out there to a wider audience.

Very efficient PR Agency. They care about what you do 'before' doing their professional and smart analysis of your needs. I highly recommend working with them. I got some clear vision for my next moves . Thanks to Jaime and Jessa 🙂 . By the way, i ran a stream campaign , and the results proved they are worth the deal. GuiR.

Rectifying my Post bc I reached out to Cesar about the total miss with the mistargeted demographic & lackluster campaign.
He saw my review. And apologized. And did another campaign for me to show me how they REALLY WORK. And I was very satisfied with the new campaign. He apologized and said some hire ons were in charge of my campaign that no longer worked there and that he would be hands on with this one himself. And It was more along the lines of what I was told to expect! & It performed GREAT! I was very satisfied. And could rest a little easier knowing my goals & expectations were met. Especially for the cost.
I am a niche artist, but not that niche. I am an alternative female hip-hop artist. They definitely were able to reach my fans & more people like them. And I can't reiterate enough how MUCH of a difference it made.
I had a specific target demo & even gave them Lists of names, people, ect. Which - I'm hiring them to do that, so I shouldn't even need to or provide them that. But I do it to Maximize our Results & help make their job easier. So I don't mind. As long as they are using the homework I do target that genre, similar artists/playlists. The original PR team in charge of my campaign got my stuff picked up by News Sources that was mostly older right leaning men. lol. And lot of vague/nonspecific playlist placements. WONDERLAND, However did do an awesome right up on me. Regardless Cesar made it right!

still leaving my Original Review up in case:
My campaign was around $2K
THE ONLY reason I didn't give them 1 star is because they didn't just take my money and ghost, they communicated.

I haven't ever really hired many if any PR companies in the past in my career. The one time one reached out to me but fortunately once I sat down & showed them my stuff they told me the coverage they could get me I already had and was getting myself so it fortunately saved my thousands.
However with Liberty I thought it would be different.

My manager worked with them several years ago & recommended we try them out sometime to see.
I was told we'd get great results.

I didn't expect to get a
rather lackluster disappointment for the campaign.

I felt like they did a mid/generic, one size fits all campaign.
And blindly threw darts at the wall or used basic resources they already had.

WE DID However land a good write up on Wonderland!
The press was decent but again there were a lot of sites that were simply NOT my target audience and shown a lack of care. The playlisting was beyond generic & not worth $2K let alone $200 !!!!
I even provided Liberty with names, contacts & examples,
So i feel like they got more out of this than I did.

I have a target audience and fan base. That I've built up and know ver well.
Yes, they are slightly alternative. I make music that sounds like Scarlxrd meets Meagan thee Stallion or Nicki Minaj with some Tech N9ne thrown in, except more Pop, EDM & Trap/Drill.

They ASSURED ME they knew and that this was up their alley.
And since they're based in the UK I figured they have to know this genre because it's pretty popping over there.

I do campaigns for myself for very cheap if not free and got better results for 3 other projects.

I'd strongly suggest maybe not going this rout UNLESS you have the money to waste and want some kind of seo that you can't generate on your own if you are new & just starting out. But there are many services you can do for 1000 x cheaper, literally,
and just as effective.

This is over 2 months rent for most !!!!!!! Over $2K actually
& as a full time artist, & C-corp business whose been in the game... I expected more and was less than satisfied.

Again if you are just starting out there are so many self service PR & Playlisting sites
And you no longer really need a PR company.

I did tell them areas they could improve with this campaign, but it seemed as if they were on another planet. And ironically i'm the alien....

i've been too busy to write a review but was reminded recently & decided to bc It's bothered me for awhile.

Hopefully this helps & saves artists some money.

EDIT: Well, the truth is all there in the reviews. People just have to look to find artists that have paid 1000's in sign up fees with very little results. And anyone interviewing should have the facts regarding the job and its very unfair of you to put your staff in that position unprepared.
Had an interview for a A&R Sales rep here and the interviewer did not know what they charge artists or what commission they pay on a commission only sales role. I challenged this as I believe this to be quite important when deciding whether to take a job and received an email from Dan Frye Commercial Director accusing me of being rude to the interviewer. I would steer well clear both as an artist or a sales rep. Seems they are over charging struggling new music artists to be promoted on their unknown playlist/platform. The music industry is tough enough without these dishonest lot over charging artists up front fees for the hope of some exposure.

I've been working with Liberty for some time now, for two separate projects, the bigger of which being my band Hollow Stare's debut EP release and handling the release of each song as a single. They've handled our promotion and publicity in a number of ways for us in this time, including playlisting, press, ad campaigns, YouTube campaigns, and more. Every step of the way, they've been extremely communicative, polite, and clearly care about the performance of your music through their work. I've been lucky enough to work with a number of people from their team, including Raj, Jamie, Natalie, John, Bee, Jodie, and Cesar. They've all been wonderful, polite, and passionate about what they do, especially John if you're lucky enough to work with him on ad campaigns. That man's passion for math and statistics blows me away, and he'll even actively seek out additional puzzles to solve on your behalf.

As a disclaimer for other artists and musicians out there looking to promote their work, Liberty Music PR, just as any PR/AR, is a business! This means their business is making money. I say this not to dissuade by any means, in fact quite the opposite, but rather as a "all of you need to hear this at least once" statement for other artists out there. I've now spent a lot of time, money, and effort within the music industry for many years and what I've learned is that we as artists in the music industry are, whether we like it or not, the bottom of the totem pole. Everything starts with us and what we make, and works its way upwards through the business world. We as the artists are really the only point through that whole business adventure where everything is actually based on the art. It is important to have this understanding as you navigate through the world of promoting your music, and with Liberty, or any PR/AR service or company you choose to work with. It is important to understand that you are in the interest of getting your music out there, and everyone else in the interest of making money, like any other business anywhere in the world in any industry. I am saying all of this because I have seen countless artists pour small amounts of funding in promotional services, not get the results they're looking for, and blame everything and everyone but themselves but the reality is these people have usually missed the point. The music industry is just that, an industry. Industries make money. People within industries respond very well to, you guessed it, money. This goes for labels, ARs, venues, managers, artists, even Spotify- literally anyone and everyone in music. If you pay a company or team or individual the proper amount of money they charge/deserve for their work, they will do really good work for you! Believe it or not, it truly is that simple! In capitalism, spending money is how things happen.

So with all of that said, if you work with Liberty or any other company in the same field, they will do truly amazing work for you and produce incredible results if you:

1.Pay them properly and actually invest large sums into yourself
2.Respond to their emails and messages in a timely matter and show up to your meetings
3.Be polite and professional and easy to work with
4. Are putting in additional efforts yourself elsewhere, such as creating EPKs, websites, social media platforms, etc

If you can guarantee yourself that you can do those four things, then Liberty will be an absolutely amazing team to bring onboard your projects. They'll be passionate and extremely communicative and excited about your work.

If you can't guarantee yourself those four things, then it's not about whether Liberty is good, or if any other AR service is good. None of them will give you the results you're looking for in that case.

Personally, I've adored my time working with Liberty, and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to get their stuff out there!

Liberty Music PR is an experienced team of music promoters. They offer services in various areas. I have now promoted two of my tracks there, and have experience of working with them on Spotify and radio promotion.
I really like the fact that there is a personal meeting beforehand to get to know the client and define their goals. There are weekly interim results, but the team is also available outside of the regular appointments if required.
The collaboration is professional, the people are friendly and I have been able to significantly expand my reach on various channels. Thanks to Liberty Musik PR, my two songs have achieved a total of over 500 international airplays.
The services are also fairly priced and match the service provided. I will be happy to work with Liberty Music PR again for my next songs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Liberty Music PR on a 4 week YouTube and playlisting campaign and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. They have a wide range of services to offer and the team is so great and easy to work with! I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan who was very helpful and kind! He always delivered the best results and I couldn’t be more happier with his collaboration! I also worked with Cherry and Claudia who were also part of my team. They always provided me with great feedback and kept me in the loop at all times! I’m really grateful for all their hard work!
