Would like to be informed on the distribution dates of the magazine, especially when you've paid a substantial amount in advance for the advertising. Pleasant staff, but in my opinion below standard in the communication department. This puts me off giving the publication any future business.

Very pushy inexperienced sales staff telling you that you can advertise per month then saying it’s a 6 month agreement, I can honestly say avoid this company , they also admitted to distribution of the magazine to 12000 addresses instead of the 24000 advertised.
