I would advise anyone looking for a new website to look very carefully before engaging this Company to do any work for you. It took 3 months to get something, but when it went live it was just a WordPress theme with no connection to our database, they moved the domain to another hosting Company, took with it my database and email service. They say they have tried to put it back but say they can not do it. I would check them out as they are not at the address they quote and you should check the designs they say they have done as I can not find any of them being used and in some cases the site is not working.

Be warned, you will not get your money back. I can not find them on Companies House or VAT registered. We are now taking legal action and have reported them to Trading Standards who are looking into them.

Paid £1200 for a trademark registration, chased them for weeks and got nothing but lies, they never filed my trademark nor returned my calls or emails. Trading from a London address however clearly operating from the far east somewhere.... they are unprofessional, liars and cheats. Avoid like the plague. Was emailed and promised a full refund and have now been waiting for a month, still no refund. Now ignoring my emails, keep well away from these fraudsters

I am seriously looking into reporting this fake company!
They took over 9 months to give me an INCOMPLETE website!
After paying for one the packages over £300!!!! (very bad mistake) they exempt any refunds! Read the terms and conditions! Super convincing when it comes to selling and taking payment and once thats out the way, you won't hear from them!
They are a fraud company, none of them are actually web designers, you have to direct the entire website yourself! They will try to blame you for it, very rude, unprofessional and unreliable!
Disgusting that they are still operating. Oh yes and they say they are based in UK but thats a lie! They are based in India and all their names are fake!
Seriously dangerous company! I warn you never ever go with them,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Their "100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee" is completely false and their "designers" are completely useless.
First up, they will offer you a "special package" - DO NOT ACCEPT! It automatically voids your right to the satisfaction guarantee which is plastered all over their site.
Next, I literally sent these guys the image of the logo that I wanted. All they needed to do was add another word in a basic font, and crop the logo to just use the first letter as an image-based logo. Could they get it right? No. I even sent them screen shots and my own markups of what I wanted, providing straight forward directions for what I needed them to do. Still couldn't deliver.
After WEEKS of going back and forth I eventually gave up and asked for refund only to be told that because I had "demanded revisions" I was not eligible for the refund. How ridiculous! All I was trying to do was to help these morons get to the outcome that I paid for and avoid having to ask for my money back! Had I known that by trying to work WITH these idiots rather than just dismissing their first pathetic attempt, I was voiding my right to a refund, I would've told them to shove their embarrassing "designs" from the outset.
I'm furious at wasting so much time trying to help these clowns do their job - especially when doing so has actually disadvantaged me! Unbelievable.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

They are liars, they will offer you special packages at discounted prices & they will never have the work done & even if they do the work it won't be up to your standards or how you want it! They have dragged my project on for 6-7 months when it should have only took 1 month!

They were meant to design me a simple logo & a website! They didn't do any of that & i paid thousands! Luckily I filled a chargeback with the bank & got my money back!

They will make excuses not to refund you or delay your refund do not believe them or there story's! They will fob you off as much as possible!

There copy right certificates aren't even genuine that they give you with the logos!

There graphic designers are from India which makes the whole thing worser! They lied to me and said there web designers are from the uk!

Very poor quality, company is a scam, they do not honour their website pledges, use at your peril, we made the mistake and are still waiting for refund 3 weeks later, UK law states all refunds must be paid back within 2 week.

I am not convinced they are actually based in the UK other than an office that routes calls to India. My account manger was wall Chris Smith - but he was Indian - how does that work!

Awful company:
1. Don't accept any packages, they will not give you any refund.
2. They are not creative, I sent a logo and asked for a similar and they only copied the same logo.
3. No creativity, the work proposed is such a low quality.
4. They wont refund you.
My recommendation would be to find a proper agency and not these online companies desperate to sell you anything with several 'packages'

SCAM COMPANY Please do not use this company. I have waited 8 months for a very basic e-commerce website to be built. They will delay you with ridiculous excuses and then when you ask for your "100% money back guarantee" just plain ignore you. This is not a UK based company. They are unprofessional and will take your money with no view of completing work. I have contacted Watch Dog. Please do the same so we can try to get this company off the web.
