After approaching this newspaper and giving them a brief for an article to be printed, they decided to completely ignore the brief and come up with a design that was the complete opposite to what we asked for! After speaking with a number of rude members of staff, the owner of the newspaper agreed to offer us a refund, which is still yet to materialise, despite sending a number of emails and being ignored! They are a bunch of unorganised crooks who have taken our money and not given it back! I'd never buy this newspaper, nor would I even consider advertising with them. Awful!
