Mark is a great coach and friend, in the short time I have known Mark he has helped me develop as an individual which in turn has helped my business grow and allowed me to focus on personal relationships with family and friends. By tailoring the coaching to myself and my partners personalities Mark is able to spot trends and is in regular contact with both of us to ensure we are in a good place. Each journey is different, for myself it is the journey of thinking less like engineer and more like managing director - without Mark the journey would not have begun. I’ve been working with Mark for around a year now and to say it’s been beneficial is an understatement.

I decided the time had come to 'restart' and to take my business back. Throughout and Following the covid pandemic business had become a little patchy and there was lots of 'noise' in and around the business, we were being very reactive to trade and taking on lots of smaller jobs which wasn’t sustaining the business in a manageable and effective way.
