Superb service. I like many have a degree of contempt for estate agents. Trying to book an appointment to view is often a nightmare with the impression the agent is doing you a favour. Walking into Market Street homes was a breath of fresh air, so friendly and helpful. Two viewing appointments booked the same day! Debs and Phil were superb at each stage of the process. Phil at Market Street Homes was really approachable and completely professional when it came to us viewing a house and having our offer accepted. He kept the purchase alive with regular correspondence and guidance wherever necessary.

Even though ultimately he works for the vendors in their best interests, he was attentive to our (the buyers) needs with fairness and openness evident.

We managed to buy our house (completion) within 7 weeks of our offer being accepted.

I would highly recommend this estate agent to any potential vendor. Phil was very professional but also friendly and knowledgeable about the area, from the outset instilling confidence that he would be able to present my property in its best light and achieve a successful sale. He did this faultlessly after only one session of viewings, supporting me with great advice about the solicitor to choose and all other aspects of the sale process until completion. He was always readily available to help by phone or message and although he must have been very busy he was happy to liaise between myself and the purchaser without delay.
Overall he achieved a better than expected price for the property for a very reasonable fee and facilitated a smooth sale at a chaotic time in the housing market. Excellent service and support : I couldn't ask for more, and can only offer my very grateful thanks.
