I purchased a custom neon sign as a last minute Christmas gift for my wife and Mark went above and beyond to get the piece completed, and then even delivered it himself when couriers couldn't get it to me on time. Communication was excellent throughout and usually received responses to emails within minutes. The end product was excellent quality. Couldn't be happier with the service received and would highly recommend.

Mark was brilliant!
Very accommodating and helpful during the design process - always willing to show us new examples of our requests and re quote (many times!!) so we got the piece we wanted which we love!
He was quick and kept us up to date with constant communication and picture progress of his work.
If we have the space we will definately get another piece from Mark.
We thoroughly recommend MB Neon - you will not be disappointed.

Mark made ‘Kitchen Disco’ for us (which can be seen on my IG account @thewr1project). It is fantastic. Being bespoke, we could choose the size and font of it and Mark used (I think) a couple of examples I sent him. He then sent us several versions on a PDF for us to print and stick up in the area to get the right sizing. Once commissioned, he sent us videos and pictures of the process. We chose the acrylic backing too (white so it didn’t stand out when turned off). We could have had it sent by courier, but we chose to collect for time issues. Our electrician had it hard-wired into the wall. And it looks amazing. The neon glow is everything we want and I will return to Mark for future work - outside maybe! Really good communication all the way through and reasonable prices considering the time, materials, and - importantly - the craftsmanship that’s gone in to it. 5/5.
