Me and my son stopped off on the way home from Legoland. My son is a massive Mclaren fan. We went in to the show room and I honestly thought we would get told to leave as we was wet from the rides and clearly didn't have the money to spend 🤣 but the 2 men working that day was absolutely amazing. 1 took time out to show my son some very special cars it absolutely made his day so Thank you

I've never received such wonderful service at a dealership before, and unlike any other car buying experience I've had. Simon was absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience rewarding and enjoyable, and he went above and beyond. Cannot praise highly enough and when I'm ready to purchase I will definitely be coming back. 5/5 does not do it justice

Unfortunately McLaren Ascot happened to part of the worst car ownership I’ve had in my 37 years of driving which was made worse the demeanour of staff once I decided to end my nightmare and sell my car back to them.
After various corrosion issues on 2 different occasions with a car a little over a year old as well as an atrocious repair attempt by their approved bodyshop I decided that after 6 months with my car being in that bodyshop enough was enough.
After no other option but to sell it back to Ascot and having to take a large hit on my original purchase price to relieve me of the obvious problem car I had bought.
During this experience Ascot after sales told me that it wasn’t their fault my car was presented to me in the state it was after the first repair attempt which is not what a customer wants to hear especially as I’m their customer and nothing to do with their approved bodyshop.
With my car still in their bodyshop and having to accept their offer leave them with the car I paid out a total of £25 postage to ensure my keys, tracker and all documents would arrive at Ascot Safely. I asked them to send me my number plates and personal effects from my car which was never done so can only assume now I’m no longer their customer it matters not for them to do anything for me anymore.
I did try to remain a McLaren owner by giving all parties involved the chance to get me into the type of car that was worthy of the statements the dealership and McLaren promised me when I handed over my money, these statements can be seen in the photos.
Making statements like the ones below attracted me to the dealership and to own a McLaren so one thing I’ve learnt is not to believe everything you read.

****CLOCKED CAR****** Truly AWFUL experience, I purchased a Lamborghini Aventador a few years ago for £175000.00 from Simon at McLaren Ascot, I recently part exchanged the car to find out the vehicle had a mileage alteration in 2019 it was CLOCKED. McLaren have refused to refund me or compensate me and I have now taken a huge loss on the vehicle. McLaren have simply washed there hands of me and said no offers will be made. This matter has now been escalated to court. I will write another a review with the conclusion. Buyers beware!!!!

Collected my first McLaren from McLaren Ascot on Saturday 1st June and the whole buying experience was first class. I have been in touch with Chris regarding the car for the last 4 weeks or so and agreed a collection date with him. Everything went smoothly from the negotiation to collection and the introduction and familiarisation of the car was first class, well done Chris and the team, 5 stars.
