Have printed on 2 occasions with Mixam and both times the results have been top quality! My last order was a quick turnaround for my wedding menus and I also did some printing through Canva for a small order of cards with the same design. The results are no way comparable and the Mixam print i did was over and above the quality through Canva! Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for good quality printing at a great price.

Edit: shortening review

Everything from missing books, duplicate pages, to bleed issues not being raised or supported with, to wild colour variations between the original and replacement orders. Had streaks and marks in previous orders but never raised the issue.

Customer service wasn't helpful and was generally critical/set the tone poorly.

I'm genuinely really upset but am looking forward to finding a smaller, more caring printer to print my next work.

Multiple orders were late and when they did arrive it was printed upside down and the spine of the book was broken. Shame as we always used Mixam for books and their service was really good. I know delays happen and machines break, but it shouldn't be up to the consumer to chase thier orders.

This is the best platform for all your printing needs!

I have ordered an array of prints over, from photo books to booklets to leaflets. Every time the process has been seamless, the platform has been intuitive to design with and the turn around has been immaculate. The quality is impeccable EVERY TIME.

But most importantly, the customer service is INCREDIBLE. Always answer in the first few rings, happy to guide and support and always go above and beyond.

Recently they helped move the timelines forward for a gift I needed. Thank you so much to everyone who helped.

On a whole, I would highly recommend & will always go back for their incredible price, quality and service.

Placed my first order with Mixam UK and I am so very happy with the results.
I am brand new to designing items for printing and not great with the technology at all but I am learning.
With help of my husband we managed to complete the order, fix the files to be sent for printing without needing to call for assistance. However this is a service available for customers should they need it.
I have opened my delivery of my first colouring books. It's all very exciting.

I can only praise the great service 🙂 - apart from our struggles initially with files it has been on pretty stress free.

I definitely recommend this company for your printing needs. Take a look at the great range if services they offer. Price wise it's brilliant too.
When you are starting out with a tiny budget as I am, value for money is more than excellent. Items were printed dispatched and delivered in the timeframe given. My order arrived safely.

Products printed exactly how expected and any flaws are solely from my end.

I have learned so much using this wonderful company and expect to be placing regular orders in the future.

Mixam had exceptional customer service and whenever I had a problem they were very attentive and responsive. The customer service team worked incredibly hard to ensure that the problem was resolved, which it certainly was. They truly went above and beyond.

The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a couple of attempts to resolve the printing issue. I appreciate this was out of the customer service teams hands and they probably were just as frustrated as me.

I think Mixam really needs to focus on ensuring on the quality of control checks are further tightened to stop banding/printing issues from making it to the customer. (Maybe this was partly due to Christmas high demands and backlog? Or I was just unlucky!) They offer an amazing service and when there are no printing issues the quality was absolutely fantastic. Please don’t let yourselves down on something very avoidable!!!
