Nicole and all at Mon cf have been brilliant, really helped me to get back on my feet, the training was fantastic and very useful especially the Food hygiene course.

I have gained so much from the support, advice and guidance from Teresa at Mon CF, walking me through my business plan, the cash flow forecast and the application forms to successfully apply for a grant. It was invaluable having someone experienced look over my business plan and point out features that I needed to clarify, expand on or adjust to make sense to an outsiders perspective. The sessions where I was able to sit and talk through the plans and what I wanted the business to be were useful for the chance to bounce some ideas around I might not have considered until they came up in conversation.

I am very grateful for her help and the help of team members who supported me in my start-up. I HIGHLY recommend approaching Mon CF for support and insight to anyone looking to enter self employment. The welcoming and friendly nature of the team only adds another layer of support which is so vital in a time when trying to set up something new and a little extra confidence boost or reassurance can go such a long way.
