Emma designed and built a new website for my accountancy business. We hired Emma, (Moxie Business Marketing), based on recommendations we received when looking for an external Social Media company to attend our yearly Showcase.

Before the Showcase, Emma was briefed in detail and asked to come up with over 100 individual Social Media ‘Health Check’ prescription booklets which detailed ‘Quick Wins’ for our agents in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Reviews.

Emma spent weeks preparing professional, well thought out and beautifully designed 10-page ‘Health Check’ booklets, making sure every detail was correct and scoring each agent using a traffic light system.

As well this, Emma played a huge part helping to design the Moxie Showcase stand where she and her team held day-long meetings to discuss the ‘Health Check’ prescriptions with the respective agents.

Over the two-day showcase, Emma and her team showed amazing dedication, their enthusiasm, Social knowledge and ability to communicate to an audience who had little to no knowledge or experience of social media was fantastic.

Since the Showcase we have seen an increase in our agents using their Social Media Channels, most, if not all the agents have completed their ‘Quick Wins’ and have started engaging more and now understand the benefits of using Social media within their business plan.
