They pay through PAYE, deducting National Insurance and tax, but classify you as a contractor for all non-office staff. This means there's no pension auto-enrollment, and no option to opt in or out. Despite the deductions for tax and NI, This is illegal and I have complaint to the pension regulators and I encourage other BA's to do the same. they maintain you're not an employee despite HMRC clearly stating your an 0 hour employee.
I was involved in a road traffic accident with them, and their response was, "Don't worry, we won’t charge you for the van." They frequently fine/deduct employees for not submitting reports, fail to reimburse expenses, and typically pay only the minimum wage for 99% of jobs. So when they're invoicing you remember that.

Amazing place. Amazing people.
I attended a training there and it was a fantastic experience. A friendly gentleman directed me and my colleague to the office when he found out we were headed there, turns out, he worked there. The lady at the reception was warm and friendly. She helped us with hot chocolate and coffee after signing us in 😊. The ambience was relaxing and gave off "fresh and productive" vibes. The training was engaging and practical. Lunch was also impressive as they offered a widely inclusive menu (vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc). You could tell that they were very intentional about it. Overall, it was a memorable experience ✨️

An agency you can trust, and from a contractor perspective do the most important thing correctly - paying salary on time.

Ali is the man . A real person who treats you like a person and not like a customer . He is friendly as a big bonus the food is exceptional and when the bill came there was another surprise as it was very cheap . I even made sure that I wasnt undercharged . Good family restaurant in haverhill with awesome service . If you haven't been to star burger go now.

Too many people are involved with a project so either too much information or no information at all.
Do not get paid for travel expenses,
Lack of communication and absolute nonsense company.
