A colleague and I have been working with Kris and his team at Neo Optic over the past year to build a fully custom-made CRM system to electronically record information for Nelson’s Journey, the children’s charity I work for.

It has been a complex project and a major change for the charity, as we had not had a custom made IT / CRM system before. The designs have been brilliant, and if I had any requests to change anything it was done very promptly. They are very approachable and if I have an idea for any new functionality on a website, i.e. setting up a shopping page, they will advise the best option and are happy to do it within a very short time frame.

I am also encouraged to learn how to update the site myself so that I am not always having to approach them to make minor changes which is great as it gives me more flexibility.
