A failed people who unable to issue a refund for 10 days and they still not issued the refund. The shocking issues is Next Senior Enquiries Team says she is unable to find the the payment you referenced. I returned an item to M&S and received the refund next day !!!!! Your company need to be trained by M&S for processing the refund!

Their online ordering is a shambles. Let me down badly when i ordered a suit for a funeral. Website said delivery on Friday. Confirmation email said Saturday and on delivery day they said it would now be delivered after my godmother’s funeral. Had to cancel the order and won’t do business with them again due to their unreliable service

Words really do escape me...lve been with Next for years; over the last few months their service has been terrible. I received an expensive 'second' that was delayed, I received a wrong item for which i had to chase a refund once returned and i was charged for the collection! On the 31st of dec i ordered a throw, i was advised on multiple occasions "we're sorry but there's a delay' 06/01 - I received an email about the throw to advise me to call and re order it... I did and was advised it would be delivered the next day... I asked the lady who took the call why my call was necessary and how it was possible the order could go from delayed to arriving tomorrow by my call. The lady said she knew the answer to my question then said they hadn't any information from the warehouse as to why there was a delay... I've just seen I've been charged twice for the throw and advised once it's been returned to them by the warehouse I'll be refunded... I don't believe by anyone's standards that is considered to be customer service... a Next 'issue' but im out of pocket. I've called and been reasurred I'll receive a refund... Once my account is clear, after 20+ years I will be closing it!

I strongly advise you not to go to Next for furniture and would give zero star if that was an option. A lot of items have a 26-28 week delivery and worse still, staff in the store and Head Office are quite happy to normalise this!! Went to M&S instead and their delivery time is 6 weeks and far more slicker with staff who have vast product knowledge. Whoever is sourcing suppliers at Next needs sacking, it’s just dire.

Don't expect customer service when a 6 month old sofa bed is faulty. After an inspection then to be told "go to the Ombudsman." According to Next it is acceptable to have wooden blocks protruding into your rectum (unless you like that kinda thing). Even though the memory foam on top of the two pieces of wood had failed.

Horrific customer service and resolutions team, after next sent only half my order and have failed to supply POD or proof of complete shipping I have been left out of pocket, the customer service team supplied no help or evidence to support their case that the warehouse team packed the missing item, so it's perfectly ok just to walk away with a customers money and yet not supply the items..... Substandard service from a substandard retailer.

I sat on a live chat for 1 hour and 18 mins trying to close my account this morning.
I had 3 advisors leave the chat and never return. The customer service is poor and they don’t give a dam about you. I won’t ever shop at next again and the customer team needs major training. Don’t open a credit account with next it takes hours to get it closed.
