I have been ghosted by web developer Angus Lilburn.

He has not fulfilled his promises of:
1. transferring over our website successfully from WordPress to SquareSpace;
2. creating a booking system to the specifications we discussed. He promised the service would be free, but after some research of my own, I must pay for what Angus promised to be free;
3. Being available for further minor adjustments of the website. I have had to discover how to do most changes myself which has been time consuming as website development is not my expertise.
4. Being available at all. He became sporadic with communication after payment was made for the website. The last few weeks, he has not replied to any message and now his phone number to reach him no longer works.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed and at this point would just like some answers regarding the state of our website, and if what he promised can be done.

I no longer know who to contact or what to do, and I am angry and frustrated that I might have to pay a full price for website editing for someone to correct all the issues that should have been completed by Angus in September.

My partner and I were hoping to promote the website and our business with the website before our busy season began and for the last 2 months, we have not been able to. We are frustrated at the potential business we have lost because of our incomplete website.
