Number Nine Market Place in Hornsea is well worth a visit. Filled with treasures created by local artists. An eclectic mix of art, ceramics, jewellery, fashion & leather goods. Fabulous, knowledgeable customer service; I found a lovely sea glass necklace for my daughter, to remind us of her childhood collection. Great to see the independent high street thriving!

Number Nine Marketplace is an absolute gem: one of the best new additions to Hornsea in recent years. Not only does this wonderful space house a whole host of different creative individual's work, but they do great events for the local community. In the space you can browse and buy original artwork, jewellery, ceramics and clothes - amongst other items - all small batch or one of a kind pieces. In terms of events, they have pop-up stalls, small markets and workshops. I recently attended a fabulous workshop in collaboration with Tipperleyhill, which focused on abstract florals - acrylic on canvas. The experience was full of joy, laughter and creativity - well worth it.

Such a beautiful shop. Everywhere you look you see something new and beautiful. All handmade, artisan pieces. They even offer payment plans and gift registry which I just think is fantastic! They hold fabulous workshops and pop up events. To top it all off the beautiful owners literally can't do enough for you. So happy, helpful and wonderful - they even gift wrap your items if wanted. I absolutely love this shop and would recommend everyone in Hornsea to take a visit, you won't regret it!

Number Nine is the most incredible place. So many unique and interesting pieces of art/ jewellery/ ceramics/ clothing. Fantastic classes including bespoke sessions ( i had my birthday celebration here this year doing a class with family). Hayley and Cher are so welcoming and friendly, makes it such a pleasure to browse here (although i usually leave with something, because its hard not to!).

What a lovely, welcoming place to visit. You can appreciate a wide variety of artists original work at, I think, very reasonable prices. My friend & I both purchased beautiful items & Haley gave us interesting information about them. It really is a very special place & I haven’t been anywhere quite like it! You feel quite uplifted when you leave in awe of the talent in the shop!

My current favourite shop in Hornsea! It’s full of gorgeous bits with prices to suit all budgets.
Hayley is always on hand to explain and advise on individual artists/designers, in the shop and via message when I can’t decide what to buy!
There is a beautiful range of garments that are designed and ethically made by the Old Railway Uk. One of my favourites, stunning fabrics and well made.
Such an amazing and friendly place, I visit every week.
