Our experience today was painless, even pleasant. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We were called before we even had time to sit down in the waiting area. The place was bright and clean. Street parking was plenty and cost $1.50/hr (plus a few if you use a card). Caveat - today is the day after Christmas, so maybe they’re not as busy as usual. Nevertheless, we were very pleased.

after waiting on hold for 30 minutes a lady answered and then after a brief signal issue she hung up on me rather than wait patiently for me to come back on the line like i waited for 30 minutes for them to actually answer, its impossible to get someone on the phone with this or any other LEE county agency.

Today, I had a passport appointment with my daughter.
I have to say it was the best customer service that we have received. Beginning with the man at the front desk, he was able to guide us with all questions and concerns. After that
We meet with Angelica, very professional, clear, and kind. Thank you so much!

WONDERFUL!! I am so grateful to the people that work here. I was extremely stressed about going here, thinking it would be like the DMV. The moment I walked into the building I was greeted extremely nicely by a gentleman named Jerry (New York) And then we went up the elevator together, then finding out that he worked there (I hope I have the right name) he had incredible energy and was so genuinely kind. They are quick and on time with the appointments. And the lady who help me with my passport was just as kind. Her name is Atafoya on my receipt. I ran into a few problems because of my birth certificate and needing my passport expedited And not having my money order But because of their friendliness I was not stressed out at all about having to go back to the post office. I just want to say I'm very grateful to you guys for being kind and professional. It is a hard thing to come by. Thank you You made my day great!

Most of the people there are wonderfuly plesent. There have only been 1 or 2 instences out of a dozen were I was waiting 20 minutes or more. They are helpful and accommodating.
