I have been very pleased with the work of David and his team. When my websites weren't functioning properly with another supplier, David quickly identified the issues and updated the sites so that they now function properly. He has developed my SEO operation, which is now functioning as it should. My work is niche, as a tree consultant, but he has worked to understand it. I offer expert witness services. Before Old Boys took on running this, enquiries were occasional. I had three last Friday alone! Updates are made quickly, and the site represents me well. When my budget was small, David adapted his services so he could work with me. He is friendly, approachable and 'gets it'. Thank you!

I have just visited their office in Shrewsbury, I was in town so i thought I,d just pay them a visit,, oh how wrong I was, I wanted to talk to them about a project I am undertaking but after knocking on the office door I was greeted by a very rude member of staff, The tone of his voice was disgust that someone had actually had the audacity to find their office , asking in a demanding way who I was and what was I doing there, and do you have an appointment as it must obviously be against the rules of the office staff for a member of the public to call at the office looking for some professional help. So to avoid a major confrontation I told him his attitude was appauling and I wouldn't require their services.
May I respectfully suggest to the member of staff who answered the office door that, in the interest of customer service and next time someone knocks on the office door he tries, good morning or good afternoon may we help you, and put his attitude back in its box.
