Fantastic pub, large drinks selection and bar snacks. I haven't eaten here yet, so can't rate the food, but our friends did and said its great.
The veiws are spectacular too. Also great for the wildlife fans, you're surrounded in sparrows that will pinch a chip when you're not looking 😉
Lovely and welcoming staff too.

After a chance visit for a drink during a walk we booked for the Sunday evening carvery on Sept 29, 2024. The carvery was excellent, lovely friendly service and a good atmosphere. Highly recommend

My husband and I had dinner here one evening during our recent stay on St Mary’s. We were very pleased with the place. The food was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere was pleasant.

I’ve always liked the Old Town Inn but the new owners have breathed new life into the pub. Lovely atmosphere and a great quiz night.
Well worth the short walk from Hugh Town, and no excuse to miss out if you’re staying on this side of the island!

Great place to rest after a walk around St Mary's. More charm and friendliness than the pubs in Hugh Town
A nice relaxed vibe, decent beers and tunes. Outside and inside seating, I didn't eat but lots were there for lunch. I will be back!

The Sunday carvery at OTI was recommended, and we weren't disappointed! The staff were very friendly and quick to serve, and the great selection of meat and vegetables were all cooked to perfection, even the pork crackling!
Locals and tourists created a vibrant atmosphere, and we enjoyed ourselves so much, we returned the following Sunday, this time joining in with the fundraising Bingo! It was so well-organised, with endless prizes, and raised money for a very worthwhile cause.
Thanks for happy memories, OTI - we will return!

Went here for the Sunday carvery. We have been for the last couple of years during our visit to the Isles of Scilly. The food is fantastic and have booked again for next weekend. Really can't fault it. You need to book to secure a table as it does get very busy with locals and tourists alike.

Highly recommended. We really liked this dog friendly hotel/pub. The hosts Jack and Gareth are terrific and the place had a real enrrgy and buzz about it. The food is excellent and we ate several delicious meals there. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and well appointed. The bed and pillows were really comfy. There was nightly entertainment while we were there; they have a small theatre called The Lantern. Jack is a professional theatre manager and has blown new life and energy into the events and also the islands performing arts. What fun we had! Try their Sunday Carvery. It was an absolute joy.
