What a fantastic service ONE SC Media has provided us with so far. We have been let down on more than one occasion in the past by previous companies and were a bit wary of history repeating itself. They have not let us down and we have felt hand-held all the way through. One SC Media donated the design, build and overall management of the website for our charity, Hermitage Field Community Meadow when we were setting up the charity in 2020. This professional level of support continues to this day. Any questions or requests are always completed swiftly and efficiently. The website looks extremely professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble, emails are always answered quickly and efficiently.

Massive disappointment. After paying for the services no further contact was made. Refund still not issued after 30 days since cancelation of contract. No communication whatsoever. Phones are going to the voice mail. Emails, chats, LinkedIn - all deserted.
