"forgot" to send me a voucher for a promotion but wouldn't honour sending me one after I enquired because enquires had to be received a week after the promotion ended. Makes you wonder how many vouchers they sent out in the first place.... Scammers

Optimise Media were responsible for a £40 Amazon voucher offer when signing up through their webpage for a Santander card. After 30 days I had not received my voucher and upon querying this I was told the transaction had not tracked so I was not eligible. Very unresponsive to messages and refusing to provide the voucher that was advertised. Poor show... Will be avoiding in the future.

Issue with voucher I should have received with first direct, chased and chased, then I was told I would receive within 30 days, still months on no voucher. Now taking my complaint to first direct.

Very poor service provided.
We've not received a single penny in commission for over 3 months and we just keep getting strung out.
At this point is really is anyones guess if they pay out at all.
