Orangery had originally built the National Racehorse Week website prior to me joining the Great British Racing team as Project Manager. The website was brilliant ,but the work Orangery did to help me develop it even further over the next 2 years was outstanding. The platform at first showed events and gave the customer the ability browse and book onto events, but after some great debriefs and brainstorming: Orangery took the feedback from the team and the lessons learned to problem solve and develop solutions that could be built into the website. No matter how mad my idea, somehow the Orangery team made it happen. We now have a website that is more efficient for the admin team, the event hosts and the customer. We have reduced “no shows” due to developing our automatic communications, a great ticketing system, the ability to track throughout, and website that works for our purposes not only during promotion of events but year round.
